The creative mastermind could not have predicted that the Apple TV+ show would become a massive hit. “I am so grateful to the audience,” he remarks. “I was surprised by the show being as talked about as it is, and it makes me thrilled beyond words.” With the first season of the acclaimed sci-fi show reaching its finale—and Season 2 greenlit and underway—Gilligan and his team recently discussed the viewer reception and whether it will shape the narrative path of Pluribus. On the Tremendous Viewer Reception One could easily to get sidetracked by the widespread acclaim and audience predictions about Pluribus. The creator is striving to avoid both. “It feels like an endless supply of something incredibly sweet and being in a state of bliss,” he says. “It's wonderful, but I hear about it from others, and that's by design.
