Details of the Grave Allegations Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham has been charged with numerous acts of sexual assault – some of which involve some against minors under the age of thirteen – spanning the period from 2017 and 2021. One deputy chief CPS official stated, “Legal teams have worked at length to assist a thorough and intricate police inquiry, meticulously examining the available evidence to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.” Scope of the Investigation The charges come after what investigators described as a “detailed inquiry” into alleged sexual offences at medical facilities: the Royal Stoke university hospital and Russells Hall hospital. The defendant is scheduled to appear at the local magistrates' court on January 20th. List of Charges Prosecutors said the forty-five sexual offences he is charged with: 15 counts of sexual assault. 17 counts of assault by penetration. Nine counts of sexual assault of a child under 13. 3 counts of assault of a child under 13 by penetration. One count of attempted penetrative assault.
